The Golf Fitness TPI Screening & Personalized 8-week Golf Program is an in-depth golf fitness package. This program includes a 90-minute visual screening conducted by TPI-certified professional, Zach Hawkinberry, using the TPI Pro app for detailed analysis. Based on the screening results, a tailor-made 8-week training plan is devised to enhance your golf performance. The program aims to improve your swing mechanics, power, flexibility, and overall golf fitness, turning your weaknesses into strengths and taking your game to the next level.
Youth golf performance
A youth specific dynamic program geared towards enhancing the athletic performance of young golfers.
The program underscores the importance of physical fitness, agility, and stamina in golf, offering tailored strength and conditioning workouts to improve swing power and consistency. The sessions will incorporate neuromuscular response in coordination drills, flexibility, power and balance training, all specifically designed to amplify golf-specific movements and abilities. This unique blend of athletic training fosters the development of well-rounded golfers, promoting not only technical proficiency but also physical resilience and overall fitness.

Offering one-on-one instruction meets unique needs and goals, leading to refined skills and improved physical conditioning for the game.

Zach developed a passion for the game of golf in his 20’s. Once his son started competing in local golf tournaments, he quickly saw the importance of fitness in the golf world for juniors and adults alike.
He loves to help people improve and build them up to believe in their own abilities. Through movement screenings and targeted exercises programs to fit your needs he will help you reach your desired goals!
